Step 1. Consultation: $160.00 + 5%GST

Home Staging designers will come to your home and perform a consultation of your home which will identify problem areas and present improvement options by showing you images of the previous successful projects. Usually the consultation takes about 1 hour. At the end of the consultation, the client will receive a copy of "Home Staging To Do List"

In 24 hours, the designer will email a full package quotation which will include all the fees. The fees will be paid up front by the home sellers. There will be no additional charges throughout the whole project.

The Consultation appointment needs to be booked 3 days in advance.

Step 2. Full Package

Once the client accepts the full service package, the designer will start a series of tasks which will take of all the details from begin to finish to be a truly one-stop service. After the last step of Staging, the home will be ready for Open House. Usually, the entire process will take about a week.

We have a satisfaction guaranteed “60 days sold” program. That means our staged homes are guaranteed to be sold in 60 days, otherwise 100% refund of full amount Home Staging fee plus 8% interest rate onany borrowed money for 2 months.

--If the house is sold in 60 days, the Home Staging cost 0.5-1.5% of asking price, and the sold price is 2.0-5.0% over asking price, the fee actually paid by the buyers. And the seller make about 200-400% return of investment.

--If it is not sold in 60 days, the seller will receive the full refund plus interest. It is absolute Cost-Free, Risk-Free!
