ZOEIT INC. is the fore-running Chinese design company that offers a professional one-stop-shopping Home Staging services, and Interior Decoration services in Toronto GTA. Since 2006, hundreds of families have enjoyed our services. We have also built solid relationships with over 2500 real estate agents in the Toronto GTA area.

ZOEIT INC is owned and operated by Zoe Zhao who is the founder of home staging and interior decoration in the Canadian Chinese community in Toronto, Ontario, and also the first Home Stager to serve the Canadian Chinese community in Toronto, Ontario.

Education: Zoe holds a B.A. in Visual Arts (University of Windsor)  and Post-graduate degree (Sheridan College) .

Accomplishments: Zoe received the "Service Excellence Award of 2009" from CCRPA (Canada-China Realty Professional Association).

Publishing/Media: Zoe published the book, "Guide to Interior decoration (Mandarin Chinese Edition)" which can be purchased at Amazon.com. It is the first home staging and interior decoration Chinese book in Canada.

You can also find Zoe’s columns in Ming Pao, Chinese Real Estate Weekly, and other major Chinese community media about home staging. She has also been interviewed by Singtao, Mingpao, Fairchild TV, and other major Chinese community media.

Zoe successfully held the "First Annual Chinese Community ZOE Cup Photography Contest for Better Homes and Living, Toronto, 2010." It’s the first time in Canada’s history, that the local design industry and the GTA Chinese community have come together for such an event.

Memberships: Zoe is a RESA® (Real Estate Staging Association) member, CSP (Canadian Staging Professionals™), and CDECA(Canadian Decorator’s Association), Zoe also is the President of Asian Council of RESA
